Naga: the art of chiaroscuro and dreamlike imagery

Since 2019, Rennes-based artist Naga has been developing his dreamlike universe, blending vanity with chiaroscuro. Influenced by some of the greatest artists like Sainer, Inti, Bezt, and Alphonse Mucha, he imagines and shapes his world both in light and in shadow.

Through his works, Naga offers us a glimpse into his vision of the present world, a world where nature reclaims its rights, contrasting with humankind, which loses all rationality and reason in a world he is pushing toward destruction. While this vision may seem pessimistic and dark, it has a profound and undeniable sense of reality, which the artist de-dramatizes with poetry.

Fauna and flora play a central role in his works, acting both as symbols of resistance and calm for humankind.
